• When your test results are ready (95% chance same day, 99% chance within 24 hours) a text message will be sent to your phone directly from Woodhills labs (contact@woodhillslabs.com) with directions on how to access your lab results. You will be the first person to receive the text on the phone number you provided during online registration at Solvhealth, as soon as your test results are ready. Please make sure you are able to receive texts on your phone.

• Please note that your lab sample ID will be texted to you by Woodhills labs when your test results are ready. You will generate a unique security code by clicking the link in the text. You will need your last name and date of birth to unlock the lab report in pdf format on your phone. You can then email it, print it or save it. It will have a QR code as well. Please follow the directions in the text.

• Please do NOT call or email us if it has not been 24 hours after sample collection. Please note that we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE in case lab results get delayed. Please do not make any travel plans or commitments based off that. ​

• If after 24 hours, you have still not received your test results from Woodhills Labs, or you have received the text but are unable to retreive the results, or the information is misprinted on the report, most efficient way for us to help you out will be via email. We therefore humbly request you NOT to call us but send us an email to  contact@vitaloptionstx.com   and include your date of testing along with your first name. A dedicated team will help you out (Mon-Sat, 9 am to 5 pm).

• Report will then be sent to you via secure text using Updox platform. You will put your last name, date of birth and create a 5 digit pin code of your choice. You will then be able to email it, view it, save it, or print it.
